Australia Post - South Lake LPO

Very poor service and knowledge of Australia Post products and services. Not willing to assist and put down as an under class citizen when I was well dressed, just after lodgement for a certificate, had done my research and all the required documentation, am actually very wealthy and have a better knowledge of Aus Post than they do having worked for the postal services myself. Bad customer service left me feeling very disappointed and without necessary assistance. Would not go back again.

I got a message to say my parcel was there the older lady took a quick look and said it wasn’t. I said it was there somewhere , she took another look and found it. No apology just gave me a blank stare … The young guy there really nice tho .

Staff are either incompetent or just plain rude. My partner attented to pick up a parcel for me as my shifts at work wouldn't allow me to in time. I sent him with all the appropriate authorisations etc. However they refused to give him the parcel stating oh we don't do that here". Initially they said the scanner didn't work at which point my partner noticed it had in fact. Then they said they needed a hard copy for their records. They continued to change their argument until my partner gave up."

The old lady with glasses on she is just so rude and ignorant.I went here a couple times, she never say “hello , how are you?” to me or “thank you” but I have noticed that she did greeting to another white customers. She never make any eyes contact or use any manners.Obviously she did not have any professional training but also she is a racist person by the way she has treated me.When she asked to see ID, and again no manners. I gave it to her by hand to hand, and she has literally thrown it back at me twice, never listen and pay attention to what you told her or explain to help her to allocate the box, then she will ask again in rude tone of voice.Listen up lady! If you don’t like to work because you are old and tired, please just go home. I don’t care what is your issues but I paid for the service and that is so disgusting!

how can a post be so bad that it doesn't even have a PRINTER like every other POST OFFICE , They will ask you to GO TO the Pharmancy to print out your barcode which is the most silliest thing i've done recentlyand even the pharmacy won't print out aus post stuff. SO MUCH TIME IS WASTED DONT COME TO THIS POST UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE A BUNCH OF TIME(Aus post website states it can print something out) FALSE"

Very unfriendly, cold and abnormal pple esp the elderly woman in her 60s. Shows indifference and disinterest in her ways. No service at all, nothing. Just a stare at you, weigh your stuff, press button, you pay.

So disappointed!? I’m home all day, only been to toilet for 5 short time, didn’t even play loud music nor watch any videos! But still didn’t hear any knocking, messaging nor ringing happening!? The only thing I know is that my mom check the mailbox and see a piece of paper saying “sorry we missed you” and ask me to go to them ****errrrrrrr

I had free return items and already in the bag but she want to pay for a post bag even its around $2.. I still dont understand that.

Failed delivery attempt on a Friday and a letter stating collect after 5pm same day.Went to collect and was told the new delivery driver, on his 1st day, hasnt brought the package back to the post office.Go on the next morning, Saturday, to be told same thing and i have to wait until next week for driver to be asked about this.1. No duty of care for employee - on his first shift, why hasnt he completed his fundamental job role.2. No duty of care for packages under their care - they have taken responsibility for my package and have no idea where it is or made any attempt to contact driver.3. Wholey unacceptable lack of urgency or cutomer service from post office.If any other entity assumes responsibility for another person's property and loses track of it i am sure there should be some form of accountability and urgency to resolve shown.
