No more interested in using the parcel locker. Only 48 hours for pickup time? Then wait in the queue just for picking up the parcel?

Worst post office in history! Time to close down!Receive a parcel pick up notification, went there to pick it up and they say they have no record of item. What a joke! How is this a safe post office… time for it to be investigated and shut down

This is the best post office I’ve been, don’t know why they got so many negative reviews. My workplace is close to this post, so I set my delivery address either the parcel locker here or parcel collect for bigger parcels. I’ve been collected my parcel from here about 1-2 years, and sent parcels at times. Everyone here were so helpful when you need any assistance.One time, my parcel got send to Canning Vale PO, I went there but staff couldn’t find it and sent me back to Gosnells PO to check. Staff Chris was so patient to help me to check their storage first and called Canning Vale PO, found out my parcel was actually in Canning Vale PO at the end.Not only Chris, all other staff were friendly and helpful as well.Yes, the waiting can be long if you come after 3pm, because that the time most people finish work. Just be patient if you only can come this time.

Very bad CS especially one male and one of the Lady both are very rude they have attitude issues. If they cant handle the stress they should find another job. Person with glasses is very nice and approachable

Very rude staff, don't have any intention to help customer and don't try to understand situation. I went for my parcel and I didn't had my ID with me I do know that they won't give my parcel without ID but I was ready to show them my bank card my copy of license my passport copy but there were in the mood to accept anything and they all become Group to not to accept my request and unfortunately I left without my parcel. Very poor service. Very poor service. Someone needs to look into this.very poor customer service.
