Australia Post - Padbury LPO

When Hillarys LPO is around the corner and offers weekend collection and early pick up its a real hindrance when parcels go here when most people work 9 to 5.

Good experience, nice staff, quick lines not wait too considering its a post office

Parcels are constantly late. They never leave a note at the house to notify me if my parcels have arrived. I call to check to see if a parcel has arrived, they tell me it has. I arrive to get it and there is no parcel there.

Worst experience!! Christmas/NY period, people go away!! The day I returned back to Perth on the 6th Jan I went straight to Padbury to collect a parcel as I had to pick up slip in my post box. The package was not there and after walking up and down the shop multiple times, one staff member decided to call the person who worked in the morning. She had sent my package BACK to the depot. ONE day after it was meant to be collected!! I would not mind if this rule applied to everyone but I saw a package sitting there, dated 1/12 and the 10/12... my package arrived on the 29th DECEMBER!! I had to call the courier who was unable to redeliver and they would let me know when it would be ready for collection at the airport. It's now the 15th January and I finally received notice. It has taken 1 hour and 40 mins to go and come back!! PADBURY, if you have a rule - make sure it applies to everyone and more importantly, have a think about what time of year it is - people go away over the break - a little consideration would be greatly appreciated!!!
