Australia Post - Beechboro LPO

I would have to question the service of this particular outlet, customers are treated with disdain and mail is constantly damaged prior to collection.The rudeness experienced at this branch is quite unbelievable, they are certainly tarnishing the Australia Post brand.Very concerned.

Very Friendly Staff, they close at 1 but I’m still able to collect my parcels 1:45pM

I went to pickup my parcel today, I am only able to pick it parcels up on Saturdays because of work.There is a sign on the door that this post office decided to shut today because its a long weekend. Today is Saturday. Today is not a public holiday, Monday is the public holiday. It is absurd this post office is able to decide to close" today without notifying any people who may be trying to pickup ther parcels.I now need to wait until next Saturday before I can pick my parcel up

I just pick up my web order . The lady was there she is very rude . I have all proof of my order . But still refusing to handed my item . And asking again and again ten digit web number. I showed the text message on my mobile from australia post , which was clearly showing that number. Not accepting her mistake and blaming on me. This is my second worst experience with the same lady.

10/10 service!!!!! Went in today 16th March and got 2 passport done. All 3 ladies that were on are so nice, god bless them. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Australia Post is an essential part of my business - My achievements in business have expedited due to the great attitude and proficient service that this one branch offers. I have always felt valued and well informed of the services available to help increase my own business as it grows. All staff on are on the ball always ensuring minimal to no wait time.

3 times in last few months have lost my items. No Card left no email or SMS on last item only per chance a family member went in to look for yet more lost items to realise they have more of my items on shelf no notification. After many attempts to ask and give direction on where our property is and venting that this needs to be sorted and if there responsibility to notify rude owner said well I can return your item for a rude attitude how about they learn to do there job you deliver items I have done it it isn't that hard : a little direction as you clearly need it when you cant deliver a item and still after a week not notify ring the listed contact number on the box it isn't that hard and get a better attitude as this post office has a history of rudeness and disregard - Keep away at all cost
