BEWARE - THIS BUSINESS IS NOT COVID - SAFE. No ensuring customers check in, no attempt to clean equipment used by customers between customers, staff try to touch your ID and/or phone when you try to show them something.

Extremely rude manager. He doesn't understand Aus Post's own terms and conditions for providing proof of ID and refuses to serve or assist further. Told me to figure it out myself. Wasted my time and missed out on submitting my application with another store due to his refusal to help. I will never use this Aus Post store again.

Literally the worst Australia Post shop ever.The manager is hopeless.Never had an issue with Aus Post other than this shop and unfortunately my parcels get sent there often.

came in to ship some questionable literature off into the outside world. excellent service from the cute e-girl and the guy who didn't know where sydney was. 10/10 would gladly return and ship more questionable literature

Very slow, helpless, very poor communication.Reluctant to even read about Aus Post rules for ID check which can be done through many documents and request only the document that he used to see
