Closed at the only time I can go there (weekend business hours). No phone number. Awful post office.If this PO closed, I'd be better served than with it open.

Unwilling to stay back for a few minutes to help me process a form because they wanted to close up shop. Told me that the form takes 15 mins to process and I should come back any time before the last half hour of the day. Too bad if you're working and that was as early as you could get there.Edit: i took my form to the Post Office in South Perth and processed it in 4 mins including payment.

The delivery staff from Bentley DC, are lazy and incompetentThey not only ring the door bell, they do not leave collection cards in mail boxThey sit in their vehicle and Do NOT attempt a deliveryAust Post should investigateAust Post should take action against these individualsAust Post should apologise to customers for an inept delivery serviceAust Post should take action immediately

Really happy with my decision to use the service at Bentley Australian Post. Most professional courtesy with politeness. The beautiful older lady and her son were both pleasant and helpful with overseas documents. I will use this outlet in the future even i need to drive there from my domain. Totally recommend

The Chinese lady doesn't want to help and serve the customers. Her attitude is very bad. Because of her reaction, I felt that she doesn't want to fulfill her responsibilities to answer the questions from customer properly.

Had a parcel for collection at this post office. Delivery card indicated Saturday hours between 9 - 1230 so went to pick up my niece's Christmas present on the way to our celebration. Arrive to find it is closed on Saturdays. Extremely misleading and inconvenient. Have also often found when I am a customer in the shop, I appear to be an inconvenience to the staff and am always grateful when my parcels are taken elsewhere.Edit: received pleasant service from Jag on the 04.01.
