Says on website open on queens birthday. A card was left at my door while i was out working. I drove to the joondalup branch and found it unattended...empty. what a waste of my time and fuel. No sign on door or anywhere else at the branch. Don't offer a service if there is not going to be one.

Staff in here might be kind and helpful but the postman here....Simply they don't do their job at all.Even if there is no postman in Joondalup, I won't feel any inconvenience at all because they don't deliver a parcel anyway.I had complained to the post office website that they do not try to deliver a parcel for recent two years but just left a letter says no one at home.In the first place, they do not carry a parcel. Just take a parcel notice letter and put into a letterbox. Of course, they do not press the doorbell last two years except for the parcel needs signature. And then what post office website told me was the postman said they didn't know where the doorbell was so they could not deliver a parcel.Even lying is so crude. Doorbell is next to the letter box!I complained about that case few months ago and... now???Nothing changed.I won't complain ever ever again because I know these people won't be changed at all and I know even now I am wasting my time for nothing.I hope Australian post office cut some budget for postman wage in Joondalup and send an email for the parcel notice instead of leaving a letter. Then maybe... could lower the cost for sending a parcel?Because just delivering a letter instead of a parcel is totally wasting and meaningless. Just send me a message or email instead of keep the postman then I don't need to expect they deliver a parcel to home. Whatever someone is at home or not, I have to go to take a parcel to post collection.I wish Australian Post Office would be privatized.

I had to begin using the Joondalup DC as people were stealing from my mailbox. I had some important legal documents stolen, that were expensive to replace.I have subsequently arranged for all valuable deliveries to come directly to the Joondalup DC.It sucks that they close pretty early, but on the flip side - they are open very early in the morning for people who work regular office hours, so there's that. The staff have been pretty helpful for me. They keep my items aside and have even contacted me to pick them up (when I've left my number).I'm working out in the bush for half of my time, so the service here has been super helpful for me.

Dolly at the DC Joondalup, today, went all out to find our parcel which did not have an address on. Amazing customer service. Thankyou Dolly, you are so efficient at what you do.

They haven't the capacity to play an intercom. So seems that no matter stays at home waiting. I don't know why to have someone working if the delivery did not arrive at your house. My first experience with the Joondalup DC Post Collections was completely unprofessional. The letter - the advice that they didn't find me at home, even that I passed all day waiting - left in my mailbox also was an unprofessional work. In the letter, they said that my pack would be in a specific time on Joondalup DC Post Collections. However, my pack did not was there! Really, why put a time to collect if haven't anything to collect - because the delivery boy was perambulating and not delivering!?

The staff of the Joondalup DC are excellent. I purchase a quite a few vinyl records and they call me almost every time to ask if I want it in my Parcel Locker or collect it from the hatch. Always willing to help an go the extra mile! Thank you!

Tim and the team went above and beyond for our family to ensure we got out Easter parcel before we went away. Totally didn't expect it to be delivered within the hour by additional staff who collected it from the postie to bring to our home. AusPost guys are good people and do their upmost to deliver parcels as quickly and best as they can. I'll always remember this kindness.

The staff was so rude. Unfriendly. My friend sent two parcels to my house with her name for a reason. I thought that nobody at home, so sent them to ECU locker. However, they sent them to Joondalup DC without permission or notice. Anyway I visited there with my husband who has same address photo ID (I forgot to bring my photo ID) but I thought it would be fine because my husband has his photo ID with same address ( usually at other post office, we could get them with same address ) But the staff didn’t listen the situation, just keep said “no,no,no, you only need to bring photo ID” so I wanted to explain that she has different address, so who can collect them? She has same name but different address, I have same address and different name. But She never listened and stopped what i saying. I felt it was so rude i just want to know who can collect them or how can I do. That’s it. So we ask to meet manager because she tried to do not listen, then we could explain the situation to the manager and could get those parcels. Now we know if we change to click and collect, the address is doesn’t matter, only the person(with same name) can get them. We are citizens and visited several post offices. However, it never happened before. I think that she need to learn the customer service. I believe that the basic of customer service is listening. I’m going to complain to post office as well. If you need to collect your parcel, I would like to say do not use the Joondalup DC never ever.
