Amazing!Every staff member here is extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. My experience visiting this store is always positive and the staff go above and beyond to help and put a smile on your face.

The staff are majority women in their 50s. Customer service is awful. Inconsistent with expectations of showing ID upon pick up of a parcel. Really rude and talking to customers condescendingly.Every time I am in there, I witness one (if not more) of the staff being passive aggressive towards their customers.One particular customer (an elderly lady) was having her passport photo taken, and was showing her teeth by accident for the photograph. The male staff member was awfully impatient with her, abrupt and disrespectful towards the dear women. She was trying her best.The opening hours of this post office are ridiculous. Closed over the weekend, and only open Mon-fri 9-5. So I have to ask, when can we get there to pick up our parcels? Unless taking a time off work during the week to do so?If you’d one of the staff members reading this, your job is in the eyes of the world, easy. Be kind to your customers.

Posted several large parcels in the past two weeks. Weighed them at home on my own scale then again in the post office on thier scales. On one occasion one of the post office scales said my package was over 3 kgs heavier than the weight i had already measured from my home scale. I had to open the box after already taping it shut. The paper tape I'd purchased from this store the day before did not work adequately either so I had to ask for more and was told I could just duck across to the hardware store and buy more". After spending around six dollars for a roll already i said i wasnt happy with spending more and would like to be provided with tape. Upon cutting through the newly applied tape Annie started to reach into my parcel to remove items. I told her I will choose what items I'd like to remove please and removed several of the books. I returned the same day with another parcel

One of the better AusPost outlets by a large margin.Attentive service along with staff having a better persona with customers. Much more sociable staff too, I've found, who are also very helpful if you require assistance in any or what way when conducting your business.Not as cramped as I've found others either, with shelves that contain actual useful goods for purchase instead of poorer quality ones. Probably the best AusPost office I've been to.

Went there to ask what was the maximum size for a parcel to send abroad and the lady told me there was no size limitation, just a weight limit.Came back two days later with a large parcel and they told me it was impossible to send anything that large.Bought a cardboard box, a uber to bring it to the post, but couldn’t send it.

I never see in Australia Some one talk to me like that I hope she understand need to respect to any one from any different country her name it’s Diane

Arrived as they were closing at 4.59pm hoping to collect the kids Easter pj’s before the Easter long weekend. The lady closed the door and then ignored me when I rang the bell. Really disappointing

Used to be a great post office with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staffLately managers change as quickly as my underpants and are rude and unhelpfulAs are the revolving door of staffShame have no option to go elsewhereThere are a couple of awesome staff including Lisa but majority are rude and argumentativeBeen my local over 25 years but dread going there to pick up parcels or anything else. It's a challenge everytime you get served by new staffAgree with other review - become a shambles

If I could give a Higher Rating I would. Tonia was unbelievable with her help re my Sons passport application. Very professional, courteous and patient. Will ditch my usual and at times unpleasant Post Office and head to Mt Lawley these days. Thank You Guys.
