Australia Post - Ballajura LPO

I did not have a good experience. Australia Post inadvertently sent my parcel to be collected from Ballajura Post Office when it should have been Morley - the PO Box number was the same, and my name and details were written all over the parcels. The Manager was rude and advised me, even when I produced ID, receipts and the notifications from AusPost to collect it from his store, that too bad for me as it was not sent to my correct Po Box and that he was going to offer my parcels to his customer of his Po Box to either claim or deny. I reported it to AusPost and if this matter does not get resolved I will go to the Police. Be very careful of collecting or sending parcels from this branch.

In this days, we hardly write a letter by hand. Most of the children are not knowing how to post a hand writing letter.That's why I encourage my sons wrote me a letter and post it out in a transitional way.I took them to this post office few weeks ago. I told them if you put the letter in the big red box, after a few days, you can find the letter in your letter box.So far only one letter returned to us, another one just gone with the magic.Well done Australia post!

I have been going to this post office for 18 years and the current owner and the previous owner were all ways polite, professional and very helpful. I have never heard anybody complain about this post office. I wish wish them well.

Very rude and inconsiderate staff.Went to pick up a parcel, the parcels were laying everywhere, very all messy and not organised.Then the owner told me to check what time the parcel arrived as he simply just didn't bother checking my tracking number for that and tried to tell me that it had not arrived.It was there when I looked through the messy trolley of parcels MYSELF. He didn't even apologise.

My parcel was waiting for me to collect at this place but when i came they said it wasn’t at the place yet even without checking my tracking number. Then i rang the auspost hotline service to check with the server and the lady on the phone said my parcel was already there in the morning, i came and the man said he forgot about it and told me that i need to let them know that is the parcel collect even that was what i said when I first came there, he also asked me to create a myPost account even I already got one. I don’t understand why they didn’t admit that they were wrong and keep trying to make it to be my fault.

They do not deserve even one star. Lady there is super pushy. Had to go there for my toddlers passport photo. Never again.

The owners and workers of this store are the worst most inconsiderate, humans I have ever encountered. I came today to collect a parcel at 5:10pm and they close at 5:30pm I went there my phone was 6% and I gave them what they wanted while giving them my address and showing I am in a RUSH and there’s no one else in the store they take their sweet time typing my tracking number and and seeing if my parcel had arrived even though I saw it from where I was standing and said thats my parcel. Now my phone has 1% charge and the time is 5:15ish pm and now that they confirmed that it was my parcel, they asked for ID I had no problem showing my ID but my phone wouldve turned off as it is on 1% charge and I told them that, I asked nicely if there was a charger around so I could show them while it was in charge, they rudely replied “go home and come back with your parents to pick it up”. It isn’t just me but other people who have unfortunately had a horrible experience with the owner. They’ve been here for 4 years and they are at 2.3 stars should be raising alarming bells

I love attending this post office, especially as small business. It is open longer hours than most. I can still drop my parcels off late on Saturday afternoon.The owners treat you so well. Always going out of their way to help you.
