Rude and unprofessional staff. The grumpy lady who served me and yelled at me this morning doesn’t deserve to be in customer service. I just wanted to know the status of my parcel and she had the audacity to tell me that why can’t i wait or track it online myself as she doesn’t wanna put the tracking number in the system. This is your job and you don’t even wanna do that. Shame!

i want to give 1 star to the caucasian man who was reluctant and unhappy to offer service. Maybe u have a tough day with your life or other customers but this is not an excuse to be rude and treat me like” why u don’t know this!” if i knew, i wouldn’t seek for help. hopefully you can improve your service and be a nice guy to other customers.

Unprofessional staff. The attitude of staff is very bad, they don't want anyone business, most of the AU post direct outlet staffs behavior is same, never go there, please avoid such shops.

I have never seen as quite rude and extremely unfriendly staff in my entire life as those guys. I visited three times on three different occasions, received inconsistent information and they wasted a lot of my time for unfavourable outcomes. Worst service service that I have seen in my entire lifetime, I would rate them 0 out of 5 for their bad service.

The staff Kim took the passport photo for me, she not care I was ready to take photo or not. After that she did not double check the email and sent the the wrong email, so she had to retake the photo and do everything one more time, and the whole process she was rude.

Extremely bad customer service, the male indian staff member tries to make things more complex than they have to be. Apparently my drivers license with my name and address matching the parcel was not enough to prove it's mine, made me feel like I was being interrogated.

Originally, when I applied for a PO Box, it was filed incorrectly. When I heard nothing & went back, the staff acknowledged the problem & dealt with it.

Today 23/06/2023 I went to this post office.I met one of the workers. Tonya.She is more stressed during the approach to applying for my MISC application confirmation document.She is not interested to attend my documents. And her face was upset.Finally, I submitted all documents. She refused to my utility water bill due to not in a recent date.After that show my recent synergy bill over the phone recent date.But she is not interested to look after my application.She is not worth being able to work at the counter person. Not good customer service.Today she made me a waste of Tim and spoiled my life.I failed to apply for my job on time.She is an unqualified person for work at the post office.More stressful day because of such a direspectful person.My question is why can't accept electronic copy evidence documents.Please avoid to go this kind of post office.

I normally dont write reviews, but this time, I have to mention two names from Cannington Post Office, Kam and Anita. The story was I had one parcel from oversea and the delivery driver didn't knock the door and without leave me a notice card. The parcel also wasn't trackable from my side. I went to Cannington Post office. Anita found the tracking but it was still in transit to post office at that time(as the driver didnt leave me the card, so she couldnt be sure whether the parcel will be redirect to this post office or others). I was told to wait for a while and come back to check again later on the same day. So I went back after 45mins. This time, Kam served me but the parcel was still showing in transit. I almost lose my hope and started to leave Carousel. Then just after 1 min, I surprisedly received a call from Kam and said the parcel just came in. I cant express how much appreciation I want to give to both of them that helped me today for hunting my parcel. I dont know what to do without their help. Thanks again guys, from a happy customer today!

An Australia Post shop like all others. They have passport renewal services, P. O. Boxes and are a parcel collection point.
